All that plot, piece or parcel of land or ground late part of a garden situate, lying and being in the township of Stanton aforesaid in the said county of Derby, on the south side of and adjoining to the highway leading from Stanton to Stanton Lees, and bounded on the west and north by the remainder of the garden belonging to the said John Sneaps, and on the last by land of William Pole Thornhill, esquire - 16 Dec 1843
