| | | 10 - Assignment of lease by Thomas Gell of the Inner Temple, London, to John Gell of Hopton, esq., of a park known as Stepingley or Preisly Parke (Beds.) with parcels of land known as Stepingley or Preisly Parke, two tenements known as Great Lodge and Little Lodge and parcels of pasture known as Pearetree Lane, Fearnieground and Chantrie Land with parcels of wood and coppice called East Coppice, Miles Stockings, Orpins Wood and Waldens Wood, pastures called Mounthill Land, Conygree, Bromead and New Close, (total 644 acres), for the remainder of a term of 2 years which was granted to Gell by Morrice Abbot of the Inner Temple at 20s.
