1 - Copy lease by Rauffe Gell of Hopton, gent, to John Heyne of Ireton Wood and Agnes his wife - whereas John and Agnes have surrendered certain lands in Wirksworth manor court to the use of Rauffe - of a messuage with all lands etc in Kirk Ireton, lately in the tenure of William Parker and Alice his wife, for 40 years at 20s a year 26 Dec, 3 Eliz I - 1583
