1 - Abstract of title to a cottage and backside at Kirk Ireton, purchased by John Storer of Peter Milnes and Robert Bourne, and other lands - 1658-1702
2 - Copy deed to lead the uses of a fine whereby Peter Milnes the younger and Elizabeth his wife, Robert Bourne and Millicent his wife, Thomas Griffis of Holmes Chapel (Ches.), innholder, and Anne his wife, and George Griffis of Chester, plumber and Mary his wife (daughters and co-heiresses of Mary Brookhouse decd) undertake to acknowledge a fine to Francis Burton of Weston Underwood, gent, and John Johnson of Thulston, yeoman, of a close at Kirk Ireton called Yards End (3a.), 2 closes (14a.) in the Neatherfield, the Pingle (2a.), a cottage and ½a. land, a close called Brookhouse Piece als. Stonepit Close (14a.) and closes (12a.) all at Kirk Ireton, upon trusts viz: Yards End to use of Francis Burton - 2 closes in Neatherfield to use of John Johnson - the Pingle to the use of Lewis Norman of Kirk Irerton, carpenter - cottage and Brookhouse Peice and remainder of the lands to Milnes and Bourne upon trust to sell the same and divide the money between Milnes, Bourne Griffis and Griffis 21 Jan 1702/3 - 1703
