59-60 - Letters from Baptist Trott to Sir Philip Gell - notices that the action brought by Fagg against Gell's tenant in Sussex is not for rent but for trespass, alleging £300 damages, but it cannot be tried until the summer assizes - if the entry was made up, it will bar the fine - the proclamations of the fine have been duly made - there is not yet any proceeding against Gell by Budworth; and the Berlin, [a 4 - wheeled carriage] Feb - Mar 1718/19 - 1719
