4 - Lease Thomas Lowe to Cristofer Wilde for 5 years at 4 shillings per annum of a close in Allerwaslegh [Alderwasley] called the Nether Derwyndfeld, with covenant to grub up all "whitewode" growing thereon so that it may be made arable or meadow from the Neyer Pirle and the Lowbe Broke the goes between the Ring Yarde Hegge and the water of Derwynde.
