7 - Glapwell Manor: Lease by Thomas Woolhouse of Glapwell gent to Maximilian Needham of Glapwell husbandman, of mansion house in Glapwell and named lands in Glapwell and parish of Bolsover and (Hanging) Hucknall for 21 years, rent £27 10s per annum of which £15 10s is for the Bolsover property, 2 capons and 2 hens annually. Woolhouse may enter the property to gather coal and wood provided he does not damage crops and Needham may gather up to 20 loads of limestone annually from the property, 21 Mar 1656/7 - [1657]

10 - Glapwell Manor: Agreement between John Dobb of Pilsley junior gent and Maximilian Needham of Glapwell husbandman, that Needham may reap his wheat in Brown Close, Hanging Hucknall and hold the Close until Michaelmas [1673], Dobb acknowledging receipt of rent due to the end of the term, provided that Needham pays 2s 6d for the Duke of Devonshire and leaves the rest of his farm, held of Dobb, at Lady Day next [25 Mar 1673], 18 Dec - 1672
11 - Glapwell Manor: Lease in reversion by Thomas Woolhouse of Glapwell esq to Humphrey Hay of Heath, of Bramley Wood, Clay Meadow and Jepsons Close in Ault Hucknall and Glapwell, for as many years after Sarah Bird's death as "shall want of" 21 years from the date of this lease, reciting that the premises had been leased to Margaret Hay of Heath widow and her son Humphrey for the lives of Sarah, Margaret and Humphrey, but that the property belonged to Woolhouse who had the right to re-enter the premises on Sarah's death.
