1 - An account of the affairs of Mugginton `you' desired me to give you; relates to the conduct of Scroope since he became Bayley [bailiff] to your grandfather in the last 30 years. He is accused of harshness and injustice and with allowing buildings to be ruined and timber `fauln' [?felled], with names and details and includes reference to neighbours' attempts to help those badly treated, 9 Mar `1710/9' - 1710
