Recites an agreement of 6 Aug 1718 between Elizabeth Hallowes widow and son Thomas for payment of £500 each to his brothers and sisters, that the sums of £300 and £200 due to Anna from her brothers are part of their sums of £500 each under the agreement, that Anna's £500 has not been paid and that she has agreed to leave it in Brabazon's hands at interest of 3½% until she calls it in, 14 Apr - 1753
