10 - Assignment by Samuel Thacker of Chesterfield son in law and administrator to Sarah Urry of Nottingham widow deceased to Thomas Hallowes of Glapwell esq, of bond dated 21 Aug 1705 in which Samuel Hallowes of Glapwell esq deceased was bound to Sarah Urry in £80 for the payment of £40, 22 Aug - 1717

11-12 - 2 parts of articles between Elizabeth Hallowes of Glapwell widow and Thomas Hallowes of Halam (Nottinghamshire) her son; by which she made over to him the house at Glapwell and most of its contents, farm implements and crops, and in return he acquitted her of a debt of £200 plus interest and undertook to maintain his brothers and sisters, Samuel, Nathaniel, Mary, Anne and Theodosia, giving each a portion of £500 upon their marriage; if any of them prefers to maintain himself, Thomas will give them £25 per annum; he is to pay Elizabeth's debts of £659 8s 0d as listed in a schedule and pay her an annuity of £100 in full satisfaction of her claims on her late husband's real estate now in Thomas's possession, 6 Aug - 1718

15 - Account and valuation apparently written about 1719 but including references which appear to be written by Samuel Hallowes (d1708) ?in part a copy of notes by Samuel, in part accounts of Thomas his son. Includes valuation of livestock, husbandry implements and household goods; board for [Samuel's] sons, value of brother [?William Hallowes] enjoyment of Dethick estate for 5½ years and Glapwell estate for 2, `my' mother's and `his' brothers and sisters annuities for 2½ years and `his' 3 brothers for 3 years from 1716 - c.1719

16-17 - 2 copies of will of Elizabeth Hallowes of Nottingham widow, made small personal bequests to sons Samuel and Nathaniel and her daughters Anne and Theodosia, son Thomas and wife Catherine.
