1 - Memorandum that on 28 October 1803 Thomas Roberts, Barmaster, gave George Buxton and partners an old founder on Longtor formerly belonging to Anthony Evans. - 1803
2 - Memorandum certifying that William Stone, Daniel Stone, John Stone and William Webster have sold to Joseph Taylor for the use of William Milnes and Co., the proprietors of the Portaway Mines, twelve twenty-fourth parts or shares in a lead mine in Elton known as Coast Rake Takers for 15s. - 1834
3 - Memorandum certifying that William Stadonhas sold to Samuel and Joseph Heathcote all those mines, meers of ground and mineral possessions in Bank Pasture, Winster, known as Buxtons, Stadons and Longtor Mines for £2 10s 0d. - 1844

5-6 - Memorandum by John Alsop, barmaster, that William and Charles Milnes have been put into possession of several mineral titles in Elton namely one commencing at the Cheneys Venture or Coast Lakers founder situated in a field on the north side of the turnpike road leading from Winster to Elton consisting of two meers of ground, seventy four meers of ground in the Coast Rake or Little Rake, eight meers of ground on the north side of the Coast Rake, ten meers of ground on the west side of Joseph Hadfield's field, twenty two meers of ground from the founder in George Webster's field to the far end of Mr Sheldon's pasture to the south of the turnpike road leading to Elton, eleven meers of ground from the Coast Rake up a narrow pingle to the top of Joseph Briddon's field on the south side of the turnpike road, eleven meers of ground from the Coast Rake to the top of Joseph Briddon's field, fourteen meers of ground on the north side of the Coast Rake at Stephen Shaft, fourteen meers of ground from opposite a yew tree in the churchyard to the bottom of the bank Closes, nine meers of ground on five parallel veins on the south side of the Coast Rake at the Backsides, seven meers of ground on the north side of the Coast Rake opposite Stephen Dakin's house, eight meers of ground on the south side of the coast Rake in Mr Briddon's Little Raithe, nine meers of ground on the north side of Coast Rake upon the same range to Gratton Lane, ten moors of ground on the south side of the Coast Rake in Mr Briddon's Big Raithes Pasture, thirteen meers of ground on the same range down to Gratton Lane, four and a half meers of ground on the south side of Coast Rake in Alsop's Raithe to the Hardwork Lane, twenty two meers of ground upon the same range, eighteen meers of ground on the north side of the rake from Alsop's Barn to the bottom of Gratton Dale, three meers of ground on the south side of the rake from Hardwork Lane to the top of Little Gatliffe Close, nine meers of ground on the south side of the rake to the top of Betty Dakin's Crooked Close, sixteen meers of ground from an old hole in Cowlica Rake to the bottom of Gratton Dale, also a flat of old holes in Mrs Dakin's Hardbeat Close: to be consolidated into one title. - 1844
7 - Agreement by Henry Webster, Samuel Waterhouse and William Hardy to sell all their title and interest in the East Leg Vein, Elton to Charles Milnes for £1 10s 0d. - 1844
