T2 - Conveyance by Richard Stratford and Job Elson of Nottingham, licensed victualler, to Richard Spencer of Bartlewood Lodge near Ockbrook, farmer, in consideration of £105 paid to Elson, of 2 dwelling houses at Borrowash (tenants William Yates and Frederick White) with a small parcel at the back and 2 gardens nearby, subject to a chief rent of 4d. pa to the lord of the manor of Ockbrook. 20 Aug. - 1845
