1 - Mortgage in fee by Joseph Shirley of Burton. Extra alias Bond End p. Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, yeoman, to James Hutchinson of Repton, yeoman for £42, of a close at Repton called Fords Mouth, adjoining the Stinyard (1½ acres) - 5 Apr 1763
2 - Lease and release by Joseph Shirley and Sarah his wife, to James Hitchinson of Repton, in consideration of £110, of 2 closes at Repton called Moore Closes alias Moore Piece (1 acre 3 roods) and 2 roods meadow in New Close. - 25/26 Apr 1764
3 - Mortgage by demise for 100 years by Rev John Hutchinson of Repton, clerk (only son and heir of James Hutchinson, decd) to James Matthews of Loscoe, p Repton, gent, for £210, of closes at Repton known as Nunflat (4 acres 31 perches) and the Pingle alias Moor Pubic (3 roods 29 perches) which were allotted under the Repton Inclosure on lieu of Fords Mouth and Moor Closes alias Moore Pieces - 10 Feb 1802
4 - Feoffment by William Ashmole of Repton wheelwright, and Sarah, his wife (sister and co-heir of Rev John Hutchinson who died intestate) and James Mugliston of Repton, plumber and glazier (nephew and co-heir of Rev John Hutchinson) to William Matthews of Repton, yeoman, in consideration of £93 4 4d paid to the Ashmoles by Mugliston, of lands as D927 C/T 3, to the use of James Mugliston, with covenant to levy a fine. - 15 Jun 1805
5 - Further mortgage by James Mugliston to William Matthews, for £90 (total £300) upon lands as D927 C/T 3 - 12 Jul 1805
6 - Assignment of mortgage by William Matthews with the consent of James Mugliston and of George Mugliston (who has purchased a moiety of the property) to Samuel Payne of Burton upon Trent, gent, in consideration of £300 paid to Matthews, of lands as D927 C/T 3, with further mortgage of £100 (total £400) of a cottage, stable etc. near the church at Repton. - 4 Jul 1808

10-11 - Lease and release by James Mugliston and William Matthaws and William Eaton Mousley (his trustees) to John Clark Ward of Repton, maltster and William Jeffery Lockett of Derby, gent (his trustee), in consideration of £400 paid to Samuel Payne and of £220 paid to Mugliston, of lands as D927 C/T 3 - with assignment by Payne to Bryan Thomas Balguy of Derby, gent, of the remainder of a mortgage term of 1,000 years in trust to attend the inheritance. - 7-8 Apr 1817
12 - Conveyance by Jane Elizabeth Draper of Repton Park Farm, widow, to William James Matthews of Loscoe, p. Repton, farmer, in consideration of £580, of lands as D927/CT/3 - 1862
