2-3 - Lease and release by Robert Holden of Aston gentleman to Samuel and John Holden his sons, of 2 messuages, cottages or tenements in Aston, in the tenure of Richard Pym and Joseph Moreley, with buildings and lands belonging, and all messuages, lands etc. of Robert in Weston, except the "seigniery" and royalties belonging to the manor of Weston, the advowson of Weston and the Thick Rushes Flatt in Weston, to be sold by Samuel and John to pay the debts and legacies which cannot be paid out of Robert's personal estate, whatever money is left over is to be retained by John.
