All his lead mines to his brother, John, whose wife, Jane is to have £20, their son, Thomas, a silver punch bowl, ladle and strainer and their son, John, £10 and a sword and pistols. All his lands at Wigtoft and Sutterton (co. Lincoln) to his brother, William, merchant at Smyrna. A silver tankard and his father’s old silver cup and tumbler, etc. to this brother Robert, his silver coffee pot to his sister, Ashby, his bass viol to her husband, and his gold watch chain and ring to their son, Henry. Other beneficiaries include his nieces Elizabeth, Sarah and Jane, Lieut. Lewis Gillie, Francis Wilson and John Renshaw. John Barker appointed executor. Codicil, July 21st 1779. - 17 Mar 1776
