2 - Surrender and lease for 37 1/2 years re all seams of coal to the east side of the fault in Calow; two seams known as First Piper Coal and Two Feet Coal, in Calow, Grassmoor Co./Chas Wm Sydney, 4th Earl Manvers surrender for reduced royalty of £100 for 4 years, £150 for following 2 years and £200 thereafter and lease of additional two seams 3 Mar - 1908
3 - Surrender and lease for 37 1/2 years Evelyn Robert, 5th Earl Manvers/ to Grassmoor Co. Ltd. regarding Blackshale Coal beneath 15,964 acres in Calow. 31 Dec - 1938
