1 - Transcription from a mural tablet in Repton church stating that Thomas Whitehead by his last will, dated 1654, left an annual rent charge issuing out of a field called the Ferry Acres, to be distributed among 30 persons resident within Repton, of “honest and good conversation, impotent aged poor widows and orphans, to each one shilling yearly” - c1816
2-3 - Ralph Hough’s Charity: Feoffment by Robert Johnson of Thurvaston, Derbyshire, yeoman, Vallentine Jackson of Oslaston, Derbyshire, yeoman, to Roger Allestry of Derby gent., and William Fowler of Dawbry Lees, Derbyshire gent., in consideration of £100, paid by Thomas Hinley, John Cantrill, John Ward, Thomas Gilbert, Richard Hunt and John Heyward, all of Repton, yeoman, of two closes of pasture ground, the Further High Woods and Hungrons, containing by estimation 22 acres, situated in Oslaston in the parish of Sutton. To the use of Robert Johnson and to the further use then Hinley, Cantrill, Ward, Gilbert, Hunt and Heyward may receive a yearly rent charge of £5 out of the said premises. Dated 30 Jul 1657 - 1657
4 - Ralph Hough’s Charity: Declaration by Hinley, Cantrill, Ward, Gilbert, Hunt and Heyward that the annuity of £5 mentioned in D638 A/PF 2-3 shall be disposed of in the manner and form recited in the will of Ralph Hough, namely that it be distributed amongst the poor of the pairsh of Repton 30 Jul - 1657

6 - Copy extract from the will of William Gilbert 15 Jan 1706, bequeathing lands in Repton, purchased of Thomas and John Barton, to his nephew Thomas Gilbert of Repton, upon trust that he and his heirs distribute the rents and profits among not more than twelve and not less than ten of the poor of the parish of Repton, on Christmas and Easter Day - c1825
7 - Copy extract from the will of Rev William Hunt of Thringston, Leicester, bequeathing to the vicar and churchwardens of Repton the sum of £20, the interest thereon to be distributed annually among eight of the poorest parishioners of Repton - c1816
