D425 - Alvaston farmhouse and lands - 1778
1-2 - Conveyance in the form of lease and release to lead uses of a recovery to bar estates tail by William Robinson of Alvaston, labourer (eldest son of Thomas Robinson, yeoman, deceased) and Elizabeth his wife, to Robert Riber of Fetter Lane (London), gentleman, of a farmhouse, divided into two tenements, lately erected by Robinson upon a close at Alvaston called Bull hades, with the close itself (2 acres) and 1 ley in another close called Bull Hades (1 rood) adjoining the above 2 leys in a field at Alvaston and Boulton called Cockerson Field and known as Vicarage Field, upon Wisegrave's Shutt (3 roods) and headland and two fallows with the pikes belonging there to in Osmaston Way in the said field (1 acre). Riber to be tenant for suffering a recovery by Richard Whitby of Derby, gentleman, to the use of William Robinson and John Robinson of Alvaston, yeoman, in trust for William Robinson in fee simple, 4/5 Nov - 1778
