1 - Feoffment by Richard Milnes of Chesterfield grocer, to Philip Sheldon of Eyam, weaver, for 21s, of part of a dwelling house lately erected by Sheldon and now inhabited by him, upon a parcel of Gervas Close or Croft, being the freehold and inheritance of Milnes, at Eyam, with the ground and soil on which it stands, (11 yards x 6 yards), abutting east-wardly upon the town street of Eyam, 25 Sep - 1734

2-3 - Lease and release by Thomas Cocker of Jack Flatt, Baslow, yeoman, to Philip Sheldon of Eyam, yeoman, for £55, of 3 closes at Eyam called Sparrow Furlong (1 acre), Hollering Stubb (1/2 acre) and Miln Lane Pingle (1 rood) at Eyam, 4/5 Sep - 1754

4 - Final concord between Cornelius Flint, plaintiff, and Philip Sheldon and Elizabeth his wife, deforciants, over 2 messuages, 2 cottages, 2 barns, 2 stables, 2 gardens, 2 orchards, 12 acres arable, 12 acres pasture, 12 acres meadow and common of pasture and turbary at Eyam. Consideration £60 9 Feb - 1773

5 - Covenant by Philip Sheldon of Masborough, Rotherham (Yorkshire), yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife to Cornelius Flint of Great Longstone, miner, to levy a fine for barring entails and dower upon 2 messuages at Eyam and closes called the two Netherfields, the Streaks, Orslad, two Sparrow Furlongs, Hungerhill Pingle, Litton Gate, Mill Lane Pingle, and Breetees (total 12 acres) and all other the estates of Sheldon at Eyam, to the use of Philip Sheldon in fee simple 22 Feb - 1773

6 - Feoffment by Abraham Cooper of Eyam, yeoman, to Philip Sheldon of Eyam, gentleman, for £52 10s0d paid by Ann Booth wife of James Booth of Middleton, whereas Ann Booth is separated from her husband and at the separation it was agreed that Ann should have all her personal estate and such real estate as she was then siezed of should purchase, as if she were a single woman, of a close called Mean Meadow (1 acre) at Eyam, abutting upon the highway to Stoney Middleton in trust for use as Ann Booth shall direct by deed or will and until such direction to the use of Philip Sheldon for the life of Ann Booth in trust to allow her to receive the rents and profits for life and then to her heir at law 29 Sep - 1791

7-8 - Lease and release by Thomas Fentem of Eyam gentleman, and Hannah, his wife, daughter of Philip Sheldon, to Samuel Owen of Sheffield, (Yorkshire) linen draper, Thomas Porter of Sheffield, grocer and Charles Carrington of Crofts Bank near Manchester, surveyor reciting the marriage settlement of Thomas and Hannah (18/19 April, 1800), of a dwelling- house (formerly two) at Tickhill (Yorkshire) and closes belonging thereto, in trust for the use of Anna Fentem their daughter, and of 2 pieces of land called Kick o Torrs and Stanley Moor at Meadow Miers (?) (Derbs), freehold land with houses, barns etc, at Hazleford, Hathersage, 7 houses and gardens at Water Lane, Eyam, a piece of land on Eyam Moor known as Druids field Flat, 3 fields called the Streaks and the Allotment beside the Stoney Middleton to Wardlow road, Nether Field and a field called Mill Lane, a piece of land on Foolow Common, a field upon Eyam Moor, a field called Litton Gate, Dale Croft in Middleton Dale and the Townend Mine with all other the estates to which Hannah is entitled as heir to her father, Philip Sheldon, upon trusts to convey the same to such persons as Hannah may direct by deed and until such directions, to permit Hannah to take the rents and profits for life. If Hannah shall die during the life of Thomas, upon trust to allow Thomas to take the rents and profits and until his decease and subject to his life interest, upon trust as follows:- Kick o Torrs and Stanley Moor, to the use of Elizabeth Sheldon, wife of Charles Carrington, eldest daughter of Hannah and Thomas; freehold land at Hazleford and 7 houses at Water Lane to the use of Mary Fentem, their daughter; Druids Flat to the use of Anna Fentem, their daughter; remainder of the estate to the use of Thomas Fentem, their son 10/11 Feb - 1836

9 - Grant by Rev Simon Jackson of Bebbington (Cheshire), clerk, to Bridgett Bower of Congleton (Cheshire), widow, for £100, of an annuity of £8 issuing from a messuage at Fernilee called Shaw's Style for life 24 May 1756 - 1756
