1 - Lease in Eckington manor court by John Turner of Forth, sicklesmith, and Robert Stacy of Mos borough, tailor of a messuage at Mosborough;- with all appurtenances (except a cottage in the tenure of Joseph Robinson) and a close (6 acres) adjoining the same, to Thomas Bershawe for 12 years at £4 8s 4d a year 13 Dec - 1658
2 - Bond in £100 by Francis and Robert Beveredge of Sutton in the Dale, gentlemen, to John Turner of Ford, Eckington, sicklesmith, for peaceable possession by Turner of a messuage and appur tenances at Mosborough with 6 enclosed selions - abutting upon the orchard of the said messuage, and all other the estates at Mosborough which were the property of William Turner, deceased, 4 Nov - 1652
