1 - Deed of Annuity between the Right Honourable Francis Earl of Moira, John Evans of St Mildreds Court, London, Trustee, Joshua Reeve of Chatham Place, London and John Green of Canterbury Square, Southwark where Earl of Moira and John Evans demises to John Green messuages, farms and land in Melbourne upon trust to pay an Annuity of £445 for the lives of Joshua Reeve, Dorothy Reeve and Charles Green. Dated 7 Feb 1811 - 1811
