11 - Copy of order made on 5 May 35 Charles II [1683] made by commissioners under statute of Oct 43 Elizabeth [1601] relating to charitable uses, for Francis Mundy esq to restore to the churchwardens, 1) closes in Markeaton Field, parish of Mackworth, called Saucey Hill, formerly lying open in the Field and, 2) a cottage in Allestree with yard, orchard, backside, garden, piece of meadow in Mickle Meadow (2a.) and 2½a. arable (details given) the profits from which were used to repair the church, but whose tenants were forced to attorn tenant to John Mundy of Markeaton esq, 1) in 1654 "taking advantage of the then rebellious and distracted times" and, 2) about 9 years ago respectively and since then he, his son William and now William's son Francis have withheld the properties and taken the rents; ordered also to pay restitution - 1810
