864 - Assignment by John Stone of Brightwell, Oxon, Esq, administrator of the goods and chattels of Francis Low, late of Grays Inn, Esq, of all that chamber in Stanhope Buildings in Grays Inn, heretofore the chamber of Mr Cholmesley and the cockloft over the said chamber in for the term John Stone has in the same. 865 - Assignment by Elizabeth Horton of Catton, widow of Walter Horton, sole executrix of the will of the Rev Alexander Horton to Henry Holloway of the parish of St Brides chirurgeon, reciting many previous indentures, of all those several messuages or tenements with yards and gardens, recently erected in the grounds, tofts and soil where five cottages and gardens formerly stood in a lane called Fetter Lane and a street adjoining called Dean St in the City of London: for the residue of terms of 40 years and 98 years granted in previous indentures. 867 - Deed by Sir Robert Pelsant of Liddington that in the recited deed his name is used in trust and the property was sold to him at the nomination and appointment of Richard Pagitt and that £164 of the consideration of £599 15s was the proper money of Richard Pagitt - reciting bargain and sale of the same date by Sir John Wollaston kt and others, pursuant to Act of Parliamnet for the abolishing of Deans, Deans and Chapters, canons and other offices and tithes belonging to any catherdral or collegiate church in England and Wales, to Robert Pelsant of Liddington, Rutland, in consideration of £599 15s, of all that messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure of Richard Pagitt in a yard called Shippyard in a place called Petty France in the parish of St Margarets Westminster, and all that other messuage on the south side of said yard, all that other messuage on the southward side of the last messuage, all that little messuage or tenement in the tenure or occupation of Francis Rodman on the west side of said yard and all that barn, stable or hayloft on the west side, all that other messuage or tenement in the tenure or occupation of "one sawier" on the west side of the yard, and all that other messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure of Andrew Clarke, and all that messuage or tenement known by the sign of the Shipp in the High St called Petty France, all that other messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure or occupation of Benjamin Pyner adjoining the High St of Petty France, all that other messuage now or late in the tenure or occupation of Ellen Meritt next to the said High St, messuage late in the occupation of Robert Boyes in High St, a messuage late in the occupation of John Dodds on the High St, a little shed used for a wood house, stable and bay loft, messuage or tenement in the occupation of George Floods on the east side of High St all that other messuage or tenement north of the last one in the occupation of Richard Rawlinson, messuage or tenement on the east side of the last messuage in the occupation of Bridget Plumley, all abutting on the High St called Petty France on the south and the brick wall of St James Park on the north and the garden plots late of the Dean and Chapter of Westminster to the east: all formerly possessions of the late Dean and Chapter of Westminster, St Peters. 868 - Marriage settlement on the marriage of Anthony Hutton and Elizabeth Burdett sister of Thomas Burdett, by which William Hutton of Penrith, Cumberland, kt, Lady Dorothy his wife and Anthony Hutton son of William of Grays Inn, have agreed with Sir George Curzon of Croxall, Derby, kt, Thomas Burdett of Bramcotte, Warwicks, Esq, Christopher Horton of Catton, Derbys, Esq, and John Barwell of Warwicks, clerk, in consideration of the marriage and £500, to suffer a common recovery of a capital messuage of said William in Penrith, all the other messuages of William in Penrith, Melmerby, Gayle, Owsbye, Thorneheade, Johnby and Carlisle - to the use of Elizabeth and Anthony for life in lieu of dower, then to the use of the heirs male of Elizabeth by Anthony, in default to the other sons of William Hutton and their male issue. 869 - Deed declaring trusts between Francis Hamp of Catton, yeoman, Robert McKearlie of the City of Edinburgh, Esq, Rt Hon Robert John Wilmot-Horton of Ceylon Bt, Andrew Pilkington of Catsfield Place, Sussex, Esq, Major General in the Army, Rev Trevor Burnes Floyer of Lichfield, clerk, and Rev Samuel Wilson Warneford of Bourton-on-the-Hill. Gloucs, reciting that Wilmot-Horton in June 1825 contracted to purchase freehold lands in the parishes of Petersham and Kingston, Surrey and a copyhold capital and other messuages, parklands and hereditaments in the same parish held of the respective manors of Petersham and Kingston Canbury (al Canonbury), now laid together and called Sudbrook Park Estate, subsequently mortgaged for £10,000 to first Pilkington and then Floyer and Warneford, by which Hamp and McKearlie at the direction of Wilmot-Horton declare that they will stand seised of the Sudbrook Park estate in trust for Pilkington for securing to him £10,000, also in trust for the securing a further £10,000 and also in trust for Warneford for securing mortgage debts of £3000, £2000 and £1000 assigned to him. 870 - Release by Michael Withebed of the Bishops Fee near the Borough of Leicester (eldest son of John Withebed of Cosby, Leics, tallow chandler) to James Fisher of Leicester, maltster, in consideration of £120, of all that messuage or tenement in Cosby formerly in the tenure or occupation of John Banks, and all that quarter or parcel of arable land, meadow, pasture and grass ground in the open fields of Cosby. Dated 2 January 15 George II [1742] - 1742
