1 - Letter from W B Stevens to Mr Dalby: Dealings with Mr Burslem over resigning money into proper hands, for 'the Charity'. Gossip over the appointment of Mr Turner to a Master's place, likely to be delayed by Lord H, or given to Mr Smelt to satisfy Lord C. - 1785
2 - Letter from W B Stevens to Mr Dalby: Arranges a meeting on Thursday hoping to see Mr Burslem. The Etwall bills (for work done) should be checked by proper inspectors - workmen may have taken advantage of old Burslem's death - 1785
3 - Letter from W B Stevens to Mr Dalby: Requests for salaries to be paid have been received from Mr Hutchinson and Mr Tomkins. Accounts must be settled with Mr Turner at a meeting when the auditor is involved - 1786

28 - A Dalby to her mother. Had hoped to be coming back with Miss Stevens, but she has not arrived. Jack was considering returning home.
29 - A Dalby to her mother, and to Mary. Mr Walker from Norwich will arrive next week. General comings and goings.
30 - A Dalby to her sister Mary Dalby. Details of company received. Sir Francis will support Miss Stevens in her irreparable loss [? of her brother/father WBS]. - 1800
