1 - Particulars of the Normanton Estate in the parish of St Peter, Derby, comprising the advowson of the next presentation to the vicarage of St Peter cum Normanton, the impropriate rectory of Normanton with farm houses, cottages, buildings, brickyards, and land, in all 1024a 0r 33p, in the township of Normanton, to be auctioned by Messrs Pott and Neale at the Midland Hotel, Derby on 1 November - 1865
2 - Plan and particulars of 59 freehold building sites in the Borough of Derby to be auctioned by Messrs I and W Heathcote at the Mart, Derby on 30 October. The sites were in Normanton Road, Society Place, Lower Dale Road and Burton Road and in new streets to be called Lyndhurst Street and Silverhill Road. One of the Burton Road lots was the old toll house - 1885
3 - Particulars and conditions of sale of the Dairy House Estate, Litchurch in the Borough of Derby, consisting of 15 lots of freehold building land to be auctioned by Messrs J and W Heathcote at their Mart, Albert Street, Derby on 4 March. A note says that these lots form and residue of the Dairy House Estate “and are very eligible for Building Purposes” - 1898

The property is said to form an outlying portion of the estate of Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe.
