2 - Draft articles of agreement made between 1. John Burton, Jonathan Tomlinson and others owners, occupiers or inhabitants of houses, lands and tenements in hamlets of Newbold and Dunston and 2. Richard Milnes and also two of the owners etc as above, for Milnes and – to prosecute those committing felonies in the hamlets and for both parties to bear proportionable part of the cost. Dated - 27 G 11 - 1754
3 - Resolutions made by the inhabitants of the hamlet of Newbold and Dunston - 15 Feb 1806
4 - Resolution of meeting of principal inhabitants that agreement for appointment of a standing officer be confirmed and that Thomas Hardy be appointed as such. 30 June - 1806

Edward and Richard Moody both of Whittington, mole catchers, for latter to catch moles within Newbold and Dunston for 21 years from 25 March last, paying own expenses, for £5 pa, either out of the poor rate or a rate for this purpose. - 25 Apr 1812
6 - Agreement for apprehension and prosecution of felons, giving table of rewards 2 November - 1810s
7-8 - Bills for preparing \PV6 (from Bernard Lucas) and for printing handbills and rules for Newbold Association and for advertising (from Thomas Woodhead) - 1818
9 - Draft articles of agreement made between inhabitants and occupiers of messuages, lands etc within township of Newbold not to hire any servant to serve in husbandry or otherwise not being legally settled in the township, for one year but for 51 weeks only in order that the servant may not gain a settlement in the township, on pain of £20. Not dated but endorsed 5 July 1822 - 1822
