1 - Feoffment by John Sted de Tyddeswell, [Tideswell] chaplain, of Roger, son of John Asser of Prestcliff, [Priestcliffe, in Taddington] and wife Emma and heirs of their bodies, with a messuage and moiety of a grange, sheepfold and toft next to land of Roger Coterell, and moiety of 23 acres in common field of Prestcliff. Witnesses Henry son of Ivonis, Johanne Hering, Henry Cay, Ade Coterell, Joanne de Wardelowe and others. At Prestcliffe Monday after Nativity of St John the Baptist 21 Edward III. [25 Jun] - 1347
2 - Quitclaim by Felicia de Hokelowe [Hucklow] daughter of Robert de Hokelowe to James Coterell de Tyddiswall [Tideswell] son of Robert Coterell of right in place in will and field of Prestcliff. Witnesses given. At Chesterfield Saturday after Epiphany 11 Henry VI [10 Jan] - 1433
3 - Demise in perpetuity [tradidimus et dimisimus . . .in perpetuum] by Peter de la Pole, Ralph de la Pole, Henry de la Pole and John Balgye to John Tunsted, John Alot and John Milner, Chaplain, of messuage and 20 acres which Roger Wormehill holds for life, to hold of chief lord of fee for services due and customary. 4 - Quitclaim by James and Robert Coterell to John Tunstead of right in messuage and 20 acres in Prestcliff which Roger Wormehill held. At Tyddeswell Wednesday after Pentecost 15 Henry VI [22 May]. - 1437
