1 - Notice given to overseers to quit the dwelling house, yard and garden of Reginald Tooby, in Castle Gresley, rented by them and occupied by John Moore, 6 Oct - 1828
2-3 - Writs by Justices of the Peace to William Shephard and William Adams to appear before them to explain why tenement provided by the overseers of the poor has not been delivered up - 1831
4 - Petitions to occupy poor houses in Newton Solney: (i) Samuel Salt petitions to re-enter a poor house he vacated at request of overseers, and will pay rent of 2/- per month, dated 4 Oct; (ii) John Salt petitions to re-enter a poor house, saying that he paid no rent formerly because of its "unusable condition", but now that overseers for 1831 have taken it down and built one on same ground, petitions to pay rent of 1/6 per month, dated 12 Nov; (iii) William Sheppard, labourer, petitions to occupy a poor house at rent of 1/6 per month, dated 16 Sept; (iv) William Adams petitions to re-enter a poor house at rent of 1/6 per month, dated 16 Sept; (v) Thomas Adams petitions to re-enter a poor house at rent of 1/- per month; (vi) Sarah and Ann Wilson petition to re-enter a poor house at rent of one penny per month, and in consideration of this low rent will keep with them Mary Dracott, a pauper of the parish, 19 Sep - 1831
