Premises conveyed: moiety or half of messuage, farm or tenement in Borrowash and now in the tenure of Jane Lowe mother of Richard and William above and half of close lying near the messuage (see T1/1 for description) and half of 2 roods now in possession of Richard Willymot, all in Borrowash, Dated 20 May. - 1592

3 - Feoffment (endorsed conveyance in fee) by William Lowe of Borrowash yeo to Hugh Roe of South Hurst grange [?p Spondon] yeo and Katherine his wife For £120. Premises conveyed: messuage sometime in the occupation of Erasmus Cooke and now or late of William Lowe; close or croft of pasture near the messuage described as in T1/1, and 2 roods of land, which late belonged to the messuage and were sometime in the occupation of Jane Lowe widow and now or late of William Lowe, all in Borrowash.
