D1976 - Ault Hucknall Allotments - (1896)
1 - Photocopy lease for 14 years at an annual rent of £12 10s by Thomas Richard Francis Brabayon Hallowes of Glapwell Hall in the parish of Bolsover, esq., late of Major in Her Majesty's Sixth Dragoon Guards, now retired to the Parish Council for the Parish of Ault Hucknall, of all those two pieces or parcels of land, the one grass, containing by admeasurement 3a 1r 31p and the other arable containing by admeasurement 2a 3r 8p., situated in the parish of Ault Hucknall, which pieces of land admeasure on the north, 1,083 feet, on the south 1,131 feet on the east 245 feet 11 inches, and on the west 245 feet 11 inches and are parts of a field numbered 50 on the Ordnance Plan of the said Parish of Ault Hucknall. The Parish Council declare that the demised land is taken by them pursuant to the provisions contained in the Local Government Act 1894 with reference to the provision of allotments for the District.
