The younger children were to have equal shares of Samuel's personal estate, the Muston estate in Lincolnshire and Leicestershire and the Richmond and Marrick estates in Yorkshire. Thomas was to dock etc the entail of the Muston property in order for the younger children to share it. Wife Elizabeth appointed executrix Probate granted 6 Oct - 1708
