The firm being in debt to the creditors, it is agreed that the firm remains lessees of the mill under inspectorship for the benefit of the creditors) assigning to the inspectors stock, machinery and other effects and debts in trust to permit the trustees to occupy the premises for the remainder of their term - 1838
