1 - Agreement between John Hill and Samuel Buckley of Matlock, mason, and Thomas Buckley of Matlock, mason, regarding the supply of water to a close called the Wood, the site of Woodend and Woodfield House. [Woodfield House was the home of Thomas and Mary Buckley and later became the home of Mrs Buckley’s brother, George Mitchell]. Dated 26 Jul - 1870
2 - Probate of the will of Thomas Buckley of Matlock, stonemason: all his property bequeathed to his wife Mary who is also his executrix. Dated 24 Jan - 1893
