1 - Release to follow lease for possession by Richard Williamson alias Carter of Mapleton yeoman to John Beresford of Fenny Bentley esquire of five beastgates on Upper Hill otherwise Over Hills in Mapleton, with a dole piece of arable on Upper Hill; four and one third beastgates in the Callowe in Mapleton, 37 sheepgates in winter in the Callowe; all those parcels of land in the Church Field, Accersall and Tibdale containing 1½ acres; a parcel of land (1 acre 1 rood) in Dove Field, four beastgates in the Dove Field in the range time, and a parcel of arable (1 acre) in the Rye Field - 7 Feb [1698]
2 - Release to follow lease for possession being a settlement upon the marriage of John Maddocke the son, of Ashbourne baker and Sarah Forde his now wife, sister of Thomas Forde of Whitefield (co Stafford) gent - 17 Oct 1702

22-23 - Deed of exchange made between Robert Solden of Pinxton and Richard Goodwin whereby Solden gives to Goodwin one headland lying in a field in Mapleton called Tibdale (one rood, 23 perches), two more lands in Tibdale with Goodwin’s land lying east and west (one rood, 28¾ perches), lately had by Solden in exchange with Susannah Austen, a moiety of the Mean Piece (the other moiety already belonging to Goodwin), and one land (1 rood, 12 perches) in the Dove Field the land of Richard Goodwin lying north and south, and Goodwin gives to Solden land in the Flaxpiece. - 12 May 1731
