1 - Robert Burdett of Bramcote agrees that recognizance for £1,000 from George Bellgrave of Bellgrave (Leicestershire) to be void if Bellgrave keeps covenants in indentures. Jan 1586/7. - Jan [1587]
2 - Draft bond John Fraunces and Hugh Armestronge of Wisall (Nottinghamshire) to Richard Pype [Pipe], citizen and letherseller of London for £200. [Verso: bibliographical notes and verse].
3 - Debt recognisance by John Fraunces to William Botham of Derby, draper, for £65 18s. - 1588
4 - Bond in £280 by Richard Fraunces of Ticknall to John Fraunces of Foremarke [Foremark] to pay £140 or convey certain property to Jane Fraunces their niece (under mortgage 26 April 1600). - [1601]
