2-3 - Lease and release by Edward Eyre of Bath to Vincent Eyre esq., of Sheffield of Newbold Chapel, Chesterfield (used as a Catholic Chapel) and chapel yard for £30 1, 2 May - 1794
4-5 - Contract for the redemption of Land Tax on Vincent Eyre’s property at Newbold including a colliery and the chapel; certificate of amount of Land Tax - 1799
