Letters of probate with Will (1826) annexed leaving estate to trustees to sell and invest in government stock, proceeds to wife Mary Teresa for life, various money legacies payable from capital after her death, residue to Hugh Kev on condition he assumes the surname of Cockburne - 29 Jun 1830

Letter of probate with Will (1830) annexed leaving residue to trustees to sell and give money legacies to niece, daughter of George Cockburne esq., great nieces Rosamond Adderley and Penelope Cave, nephew Col. Edwin Cotton, Rev Charles Cotton, nieces: Maria Stovin, Eliza Sneyd, Emma Cotton - 12 Aug 1833
