Thomas Gell of Boylestone, Clerk - to his wife Frances Gell, £100 and his third share of a twenty fourth share in the Raventor Mine at Wirksworth - to his son, Thomas Fletcher Gell, the advowson of Boylestone with all his messuages, lands etc. at Boylestone and Wirksworth - and other his real estate, household goods, personal estate etc. to Frances Gell and John Smith of Bermondsey Surrey upon trust to sell.
