1 - Conveyance by William, Viscount Lowther, and William Dacres Adams, esq., two of the Commissioners of His Majesty's Woods, to Elizabeth Tyson of Renishaw Lane End, p Eckington, spinster in consideration of £55, of a piece of ground (31 perches) with the cottage and shop thereon, at Emmett Car, Eckington (no 332 on the plan of the manor of Eckington in the Commissioner's office), being lot 89 in the sale by auction held a the Tontine Inn, Sheffield on 7 May last. 26 September - 1828
2 - Mortgage in £70 by Thomas Tyson of Renishaw Land End, labourer and Elizabeth Tyson (trustee), to Christopher Rotherham of Dronfield, sickle manufacturer - reciting that Elizabeth had paid the £55 purchase money mentioned in T1 on behalf of Thomas - and reciting that Thomas had erected a messuage on and made other improvements to the premises - of a parcel of ground (31 perches) with 2 cottages, shop and other buildings thereon at Emmett Car (tenants John Hall and George Bradley). 11 January   - 1831
3 - Mortgage in £220 by Thomas Tyson, now of Brampton, to Christopher Rotherham - reciting D1210/T/2, the principal having been repaid - and reciting that Tyson is now erected other cottages on the premises - of premises as D1210/T/2 with the 3 other cottages erected thereon and all other buildings erected or to be erected thereon. 1 September - 1846
4 - Re-conveyance by Christopher Rotherham to Thomas Tyson of Brampton, grocer, in consideration of £70 and £220 and interest already paid, of premises as T3. 29 January - 1863
5 - Appointment by Elizabeth, wife of James Bradley of Brampton, chemical manufacturer - reciting the will of Thomas Tyson of Brampton chemical manufacturer,  bequeathing all his real and personal estate to the use of his wife Elizabeth Tyson for her life, and then to his daughter, they said Elizabeth Bradley, to such uses as she should appoint - and reciting that Thomas Tyson died on 9 March 1866 and that Elizabeth Tyson his wife dies on 8 July 1872 - of all the real and personal estates late of Thomas Tyson, to the use of the said James Bradley. 30 October - 1873
