17 - Bargain and sale by Daniel Parker Coke of Derby esq., Abraham Hoskins of Burton on Trent, gent, and John Fowler of Burton on Trent, gent. (devisees in trust and executors under the will of Sir Edward Every dec'd.) to Thomas Denman of Old Burlington St (Middlesex), doctor of physic - reciting D1085 A/T15-16 - and reciting the will of Sir Edward Every whereby he devised Hanson Grange to Coke and others upon trust to sell the premises and apply the money to paying the mortgage due on the premises and to paying his debts and legacies - and reciting decree of Chancery (1788) that Every's debts should be paid out of his personal estate and if that was not sufficient, the remainder should be raised by the sale of the estates devised to Coke and others - and whereas the personal estate was found to be insufficient and notice of sale was given in the London Gazette and Denman bid for Hanson Grange als. 22-23 - Settlement following the marriage of Thomas Denman and Elizabeth his wife and for making provision for Theodosia Ann, wife of his only son Thomas Denman, whereby Denman conveys to Matthew Baillie of Lower Grosvenor St (Middlesex), doctor of Physic and Richard Croft of Old Burlington Street (Middlesex) esq., the farmhouse known as Hanson Grange with closes etc. (208 acres) as D1085 A/T13-14) and closes at Newton Grange (as D1085 T19-20) upon trust to the use of Denman for life and after his death to the use of Richard William Vevers of the Inner Temple and Lancelot Shadwell the younger of Lincoln's Inn esq. for a term of 100 years upon trusts and then to the use of Thomas Denman the younger for life with remainder to all the sons of his body successively and for default of male issue, to the daughters of his body to be equally divided in tail male - the term of 100 years upon trust that if Elizabeth Denman shall survive Thomas, Vevers and Shadwell to raise money upon the estate and pay Elizabeth an annuity of £200 for life, and in case Theodosia Ann shall survive Thomas Denman the younger, to pay her an annuity of £200 for life, Jan - 1805
24-25 - Lease and release by Thomas Denman the elder one of His Majesty's common counsel and common serjeant of the city of London, and Thomas Denman the younger (eldest son and heir apparent) to John Coverdale of Grays Inn, esq., for barring estates tail reciting D1085 A/T 13-14) and Newton Grange (as D1085 A/T 19-20), to the intent that Coverdale may be created tenant to the precipe for suffering a recovery by William Hunter Baillie of Duntesbourne [Duntisbourne] Abbots (Gloucestershire), esq and Rev John Dymoke, rector of Scrivelsby with Dalberby [Dalderby] (Lincolnshire) for life with remainder to Thomas Denman the younger or life, and after his death to the intent that Georgiana his wife (daughter of Rev Thomas Roe of Kirkby upon Bain (Lincolnshire) dec'd) may receive an annuity £150 for life, and subject to the said annuity, to the eldest son of the body of Thomas, in tail male etc, Aug - 1829

27 - Mortgage by Marion Aitchison, Baroness Denman, to the Eagle Insurance Company of 79, Pall Mall, London - reciting D1085 A/T24-25 - and reciting that Georgiana, wife of Thomas Denman the younger died in 1871 and Denman then married Marion Aitchison - and reciting that Thomas Denman the younger (second Baron Denman) died in 1895 leaving a will (made 1889) bequeathing the residue of his estate and effects to Marion - and reciting that Marion is now seized of an estate of fee simple in the premises settled by D1085 A/T24-25 - for £1,750, of pieces of land at Newton Grange (89 acres, 1 rood, 4 perches) being part of Bosten Grange Farm, being described in D1085 A/T24-25 as Nether Stanlow, 4 closes known as Top of Stanlow, Stanlow, Stanlow Brecks, 2 closes called Pool Breck, the Brecks and 3 closes called Newton Moor - with plan, Jan - 1898
