Biography
Abraham was an enslaved African on the Turners Hall sugar plantation in Barbados, who first appears in the records on 31 December 1759. In 1759 and 1771 he was recorded as a carpenter and would have been responsible for repairs to buildings, carts, etc. In 1780 he was described as 'old' and 'carpenter but does little'.
He was born in Africa and bought by the Turners Hall plantation.
