File consisting of contracts for transportation made between justices of the peace and Jonathan Forward of Fenchurch Street, London merchant 1730; George Walker of Stanthorne, Cheshire, yeoman 1733, Thomas Martin and George Tyrer both of Liverpool, 1734-1738 (Tyrer was described as merchant, also as alderman in 1736 and 1737, Martin generally as gent, once as merchant); William Pole of Liverpool merchant 1739 (old number Box VIII 8)

Thomas Mason (convicted by Quarter Sessions) 1735 John Hibbert, Robert Froggatt and James Wood, 1736 Mary Hanson alias Longden alias Wagstaffe (indicated as a vagrant at Quarter Sessions) 1736
John Hickinbottam, Robert Holbrook, John Foulk and William Fletcher 1739
