Administrative History	The Care in the Community Members' Group first met on 9 May 1988 and became the Caring for People Members' Group from Jun 1992. The separate Care in the Community Members' Panel first met on 11 Dec 1989 changing its name to Caring for People Members' Panel at a meeting on 21 Feb 1990 "to avoid confusion with the Care in the Community Members' Panel".
