Administrative HistoryThe earliest register and the first separate marriage register concur in considering Barlow as a chapelry of Staveley. Little and Great Barlow were two intermixed townships, but Great Barlow was a chapelry of Staveley, while part of Little Barlow was in Dronfield parish.
