Description	The County Council appointed a buildings committee, but this only had two or three meetings, presumably because the business was all reported to the Standing Joint committee by the surveyor. Certainly, the minutes of the July meeting were only signed in January 1906, when the nature of the other buildings committee (see 1/7/1-4) changed.
