DescriptionCommittee responsibilities included receiving applications for grants, nominating representatives to governing bodies of certain grammar and endowed schools, and allocation of course of lectures. The committee was set up in 1891. Classes were held in Science and Art and Technology and at Evening Continuation schools. These minutes and agendas are all unsigned and clearly represent only part of the whole series.
