Gift and settlement by John Lorde of Waterfall (co. Stafford) yeoman and Elena his wife, one of the daughters and heirs of John de la Dale of Alsop deceased to Nicholas Lorde their son and heir all those lands and tenements in Waterfall and Alsop to hold in tail male, and failing male issue to Jacob Lorde their son in tail male, with remainder to Ralph Dakyn of Brassington and Elizabeth his wife, sister of Elena aforesaid
