Duncan, at the expense of Rivington and Cochran, London, 1821, 458 pages plus title page and note (in Latin) that it followed the text printed by Aittoni of Leiden in 1809; back of title page signed by John Franklin as a gift to his wife Eleanor Anne Franklin on 29 Jan 1825 (a few weeks before he set off on his second land Arctic expedition and she died); below it signed by John Philip Gell as a gift to his son John Franklin Gell.
