Title	Letter from Isabella Cracroft to her niece Eleanor Isabella Gell, following the birth of Eleanor's eldest son [John Franklin Gell] but before his christening

Description	Apologises for not sending a letter to arrive on her birthday, but offers prayers and wishes for her health and happiness. She hopes she is not having the christening of her "little man"; she thinks it would better to wait for a full month before she goes to church. Thanks for Eleanor's offer to room in her house during her absence, should she come to Dr Gull about her rheumatism; thinks it will not be necessary, but it could be possible if she offers to bring her "dear little Florence" to town about her teeth. She hopes her two children are well; she mentions both Eleanor and Mrs Hall both being confined on the same day and having boys; she has received a kind message from Mrs Hall through Catherine, and she is pleased with her and her husband, when they visited her in Winchester, and hopes to renew their acquaintance. Isabella thinks she will have to go to the sea (possibly the Isle of Wight) before she shakes off her rheumatism, but wishes to avoid the expense of lodging: she will seek the opinion of Dr Gull before taking any steps. Remembrances to Eleanor's husband and their little ones. Only dated 3 June, but 1851 added in pencil, which tallies with the information on Eleanor's son, who was baptised on 4 Jun 1851.
