Administrative HistoryThe First Aid class was held in the Church School, Cossall, with candidates drawn from Cossall and Oakwell Collieries. The examination was conducted by Dr. Potter, under-manager at Oakwell Colliery, who also had a surgery on Manners Road, which later became a sports club and betting shop
Custodial HistoryThe minutes and other papers were found in the rafters of the Cossall Colliery joiners shop during alterations following the nationalisation of the mining industry.
